about us

AM Communications is a PR and Management Training Consultancy based just outside Edinburgh. With easy access to the motorway network and to Edinburgh International Airport, we are happy to travel for business.

Set up nearly 20 years ago, we have experience of delivering our services in both the public and private sectors and we are committed to delivering a personalised, tailored service to all our clients – PR and Training.

We listen to you, discuss with you and then make sure you receive exactly the level and kind of service your organisation needs, including Tailored Training and Targeted, Evaluated PR Campaigns and Programmes.

	Anne McDonald MA CIPD , MIPR
Anne is the principal in AMC and has worked as a front-line trainer and a newspaper and magazine journalist. In 1992 she formed AM Communications. Anne is a highly experienced professional, with a creative approach to providing tailored PR and training solutions. She says "Too often consultancies offer their clients what suits the consultancy - not the client. I am committed to making sure we offer the client what is appropriate for them."
	Melanie Dobie B.Com
Melanie joined AMC in March 2009 as office manager, taking responsibility for the smooth-running of all the support activities vital to the efficient delivery of AMC's PR and Training services. An accountant with experience in the retail and property sectors, Melanie is always available to help and provides an informative and friendly first point of contact.
	Annabel Hutchison BSc (Hons)
Annabel is a graduate in Public Relations and Psychology and joins AMC from a PR consultancy in Yorkshire. She undertakes the day to day PR work of the Agency - press releases, editorial, media management and supports Anne in the delivery of prompt, tailored and friendly PR services to AMC’s clients.
